“Moon Shadow” is a much more mixed bag, with a great deal of Visible flair from Christopher J. Byrne rather than a bunch of substance. The War with the Worlds cold opening was wonderful, as was the bookend alien abduction willed into existence by Americans (who equally willed into existence Mr. World’s Guys in Black sidekicks).Â
